Online booking for parent teacher interviews

Our school has undertaken a new initiative, the Parent Portal, to provide access for parents to book in for Parent-Teacher interviews for your children.

Letters were sent home to explain the steps to register for the Parent Portal and book an interview time. Interview bookings will be open from 3:00pm on Friday 9 June 2017 to 8:00pm on Sunday 25 June 2017

How to book

Step 1: Set up your Parent Portal access

Please log on to the internet and register for access to our Parent Portal. You must use a valid email address to create your username.

Once successfully registered you will be prompted to enter your username (email address) and the password you created.

Step 2: Book your interview times

To see information from the school and to link to your enrolled children, enter the access key provided in the letter. If you have not received a letter, please contact the office.

Please note that the access key is case sensitive so copy it into the box provided on screen, exactly as it appears in this letter. Do not pass this code to other families, as it is specific to your child/ren.

Step 3: Select your child, then select Interviews. Make your booking.

As we progress this initiative to develop the role of the Parent Portal to assist in day to day management of your child's enrolment at our school, any feedback will be gratefully received with a view to adding further functionality and improvement.
